Today I went to Preston branch for the first time and very rude greetings by the very rude staff !!
I have ordered wings and quarter chicken and I asked him to add two sauces which he denied saying I can only have one !!
Wait what!!! So you are going to decide what we should have ? Are you bigger then Nando’s now !
I thoght let it be and I placed the order and then I asked for the sauces which they charge and I really don’t mind paying but he accepted all amount in cash and I asked him as I don’t have 30p change please give me cash and I will pay by card
You know what the guy says it’s not possible !!! Here customer wants extra sauces and he is ready to pay!!
Come on what are u saying ! You want me back or you are saying thank you and don’t come back !!
It’s food was horrible and customer service was terrible and I felt the food was like a leftover !
Please stay away from them and if you need better service go to Chester grill or Nando’s
It’s a mistake that I went there thank you for letting me know that you are nowhere close to Bolton branch
