  LCC Preston refuse to even accept complaint let alone investigate.
  Rogue social workers and key complaints and legal dept personnel have intimidated a witness multiple times to keep things under wraps.
  The intimidating LCC lawyer while threatening high court action to silence me provably lied on record. They naturally refuse to investigate or acknowledge any emails on the matter or her gratuitous defamation on file which she will not comment on.
  She has blindly follows instruction without due diligence.
  The legal department is wholly untrustworthy as continues to lie even when lies are clearly personally highlighted.
  They lie in writing to MP of parliament and chief exec. ... all in a days work ... zero conscience must allow them to sleep at night..
  They love to block whistle-blowers and therefore are unsafe and unfit to practice.
  Social work/safeguarding, complaints and their legal dept require external investigation.
  They appear completely unfit due to a number of gross misconducts that are now major disciplinary matters …. that they refuse to accept complaint of!
  These shady departments wouldn’t know truth if it hit them.
  Completely untrustworthy.
  My experience is they are determined not to investigate serious complaints that bring them into disrepute.
  They are non transparent to prevent investigation.
  They corruptly seriously smear and defame complainant to deflect focus from themselves!
  Unbelievable can of worms.
  Investigating social worker types special signature with kisses over emails at the social worker they are pretending to investigate and having kisses returned.
  They don’t communicate like that with other colleagues.
  Bias? Investigation without fear or favour? … Yes, you guessed it … major enduring cover up and smear campaign with multiple defamation's initiated by social workers.
  Their aggresive complaint team inappropriately slamming the phone down and refusing to acknowledge complaints ….. they are supposed to be public servants not abusers of the public ... Social workers covering up for each other and refusing comment etc.
  Whistleblowing statutory ‘duty to act’ and ‘duty of candour’ completely ignored by all.
  I have found them a highly disreputable bunch of thugs at best and have the hard material to prove it, but surprise surprise, they refuse to accept material or dialogue that incriminates them as they are basically as guilty as sin and know it..
  Their only defence is to threaten legal action to hide their misdemeanours, or say nothing and not respond as they are incriminated up to their eyeballs.
  Quite a list of internal personnel involved bringing LCC into disrepute and being downright abusive.
  Meanwhile a trio of social workers and their overseer now requiring serious investigation around fitness to practice refuse comment but are protected by the complaints and legal dept to perpetrate lies and institutional systematic abuse.
  Head of departments blocking whistleblowing.
  
  30 yrs I have worked in social care and have never come across such gross incompetence and plainly corrupt behaviours.
  
  This review is posted publicly as they guiltily refuse to even acknowledge complaints on their misconducts issues, let alone deal with them.
  I can offer no explanation for their institutional systematic abuse and obvious disability discrimination apart from plain wrong doings, gross misconducts and absolute incompetence.
  I assume these traits accompany deeply ingrained internal corruption within the social service, complaints and legal depts. preventing the truth coming out.
  They certainly know how to harm people.
  I am honestly way beyond disgusted.
  These people and their departmental heads need bringing to book.
  Yes LCC have many sterling employees ... but a few key bad ones have tarnished LCCs repute.
