    I have been thrilled from start to finish with gos heating limited. I went online and submitted a contact form and within moments I had a call from a lovely gentleman (sorry I didn't catch his name) who explained in great detail the various options, from the estimated initial outlay right through to the warranties on each boiler manufacturer.

    I booked an appointment for a surveyor to attend my property called Jack. Jack attended at the agreed time and presented all the facts. Jack was polite and a credit to his industry. He simply gave me the price after carrying out a survey and explained that the quote for valid for 3 months. No pressure sell or silly reduced price on the day; just a simple straight forward quote. Everything I had hoped for.

    I contacted the office a few days after to agree to go ahead and Jack re-attended that evening and was most helpful yet again. I signed a contract and was told that I would receive a call the next day.

    Julie from the office called and confirmed everything and I was given an installation date for the following week and was advised that the engineers would arrive between 8.30 to 9.00am.

    The two engineers, Mark and George turned up at at approximately 8.45am and walked through the whole installation. Being an engineer myself I possibly took more interest than most within the steps taken. I couldn't fault any of their work. They worked very hard and only stopped once for a short lunch. Before leaving, at gone 5pm, Mark set up my new handheld controller and explained how to work the heating system.

    I received a feedback card through the post the following week. I'm now looking forward to receiving a quote to replace my bathroom suit. Further information to follow.

    Could not fault these guys. Excellent service. They attended my property and treated it as a true emergency. They came out the same evening (within the hour) and quoted for a new Worcester25i. Great price and service. An extra thanks to Dave and Luke who fitted the boiler. Very tidy installation.
