Luckily i was right next to it when i smelled smoke and saw sparks right next to where it was plugged into my phone. I requested a genuine item when i bought it. Company want me to return it at my expense to replace it. It would cost more than the lead is worth also wouldnt i be giving them my evidence as to the dubious nature of the item as i am concerned whether this is actually a samsung or not? They are not even trying very hard to convince me that i'm wrong in my concerns. Very worrying this matter especially since i am not usually right next to my phone when its charging and as it is i burned my fingers pulling the sparking lead out . Will the company respond now i have given them a one star review.
