- Jhangir Alom Review added: 2018.10.02★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Great service up until they gave us wrong grout which completely ruined the tiles. Once confronted and proven that it was their fault the manager didn't want to know. We had to pay again for the correct grout and didn't even get an apology. I work in retail myself and I would never treat my customer the way they treated us. We spent over £1500 at this place and we were absolutely discusted with the way we were treated by the manager at no fault of our own. Will never buy or recommend anyone to this place again
